The AIFST (QLD) Mini Symposium is being held on 29th October at the CSIRO Food & Nutritional Sciences, Coopers Plains QLD.

The theme for this years mini symposium is Food Innovation - Future Prosperity.  The symposium will hear speakers present on topics such as Product & Packaging innovation methods, commercializing emerging technology, product development metrics and the role government and research providers play in the QLD food industry.
