For those of you who want to make cheese and yoghurt at home
We frequently get phone calls and e-mails from people who wish to make their own cheese and yoghurt at home. Because we sell only to commercial manufacturers, we have not been able to help...until now. We have joined forces with the lovely people at Green Living Australia, who specialise in helping people turn their kitchen into a boutique cheese factory. They can supply you with cultures (from Sacco, of course), thermometer, cheese moulds, a cheese press etc. They also provide advice on recipes and give special tips, so that even the most inexperienced kitchen hand can produce a Champion Cheddar in no time.
