Danny O'Regan

Danny O'Regan - Managing Director and based in Melbourne has worked in the Australian and international dairy and food ingredients sectors for over 20 years with companies such as Glanbia Nutritonals, Danisco and Chr Hansen. He has held a variety of technical, sales and business management roles in Australia, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland and the UK.  Danny has a degree in dairy science from University College Cork in Ireland. Danny is Managing Director of Shamrock Food and is based in Melbourne.

Adrienne Heslin

Adrienne Heslin is a degree qualified Food Technologist, graduating from the University of Ballarat in Victoria. During her 15 year career in the food industry, Adrienne has held a variety of technical and production roles in the Dairy, Beverage, Fruit & Vegetable, Infant Food and Bakery sectors. Most recently she has provided consultancy services to an array of QLD food manufacturers, specialising in product development, food legislation and food safety. Adrienne is State Manager for QLD and Northern NSW and is based in Manly in Brisbane.

Wayne Austin

Wayne Austin has a Diploma of Dairy Technology (Gilbert Chandler) and a Master of Business Administration (Technology) from LaTrobe University. Wayne started his career with United Milk Tasmania at the Wynyard cheese plant. He worked there as a cheese maker, cheese factory supervisor and Quality Manager until 2000. He then moved to Total Quality Milk, (owned by a small group of dairy farmers) commissioning an evaporator, cream processing and AMF line. He later moved to Dairy Farmers, commissioning and managing their whey powder plant in Jervois SA before moving into a role with the Cheese Research and Development team. In that team he undertook projects at 4 different cheese plants working with mozzarella, Swiss, parmesan, Romano, and cheddar cheese. He was also project leader for major cost reduction and yield improvement initiatives. For the past 12 months Wayne has operated his own consulting firm working extensively with cheese manufacturers across Australia
